BNK Beverage, Inc (DBA WaterFixÆ) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal information collected from users of our website. By accessing our website, you are assenting to the terms of this Privacy Statement and the terms of the user agreement.
BNK Beverage, Inc. (also referred to herein as “WaterFix”) may collect two different types of information, Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) and Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“Non-PII”). PII is information that identifies you as an individual – for example, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, billing address and shipping information. Non-PII is aggregated information, demographic information, IP addresses, user behavior data from web interaction metrics tools and other information that does not reveal your specific identity. PII and Non-PII may be collected anytime you access or use a WaterFix website. PII and Non-PII may also be collected by WaterFix during in-person discussions, telephone conversations, and electronic or other written communications. WaterFix also collects information via cookies; blocking cookies may render you unable to access certain WaterFix products, services, or websites.
WaterFix uses PII to respond to your inquiries, provide you with services you have requested, keep you informed of services WaterFix thinks may be of interest to you, and otherwise personalize your experience with WaterFix, and other reasons. WaterFix does not sell or lease PII about you to others. WaterFix may share PII with WaterFix affiliates and third parties contracting with WaterFix to provide services to you, e.g., financial institutions. WaterFix may also share PII when required by law, or when you have expressly requested WaterFix to do so. WaterFix reserves the right to disclose and use your PII if WaterFix believes it is necessary to: (a) respond to legal process, e.g., a subpoena; (b) respond to a law enforcement agency’s request; (c) enforce the Terms; or (d) protect the rights, privacy, safety, property, or operations of WaterFix or third parties.
Because Non-PII does not personally identify You, WaterFix reserves the right to use and disclose to third parties Non-PII for any purpose.
WaterFix maintains reasonable physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect PII from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. WaterFix enforces its Privacy Policy via self-assessment.

What We Do with Your Information
When you purchase something from our company, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.
Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
You grant WaterFix permission to use any and all photographs, or video or audio or digital recordings, taken by WaterFix or its agents or employees, or submitted by you to WaterFix (hereinafter “Photographs”) in any Media (including print, internet, film, television and no matter how distributed or published) for any purpose, which may include, but shall not be limited to, advertising, promotion, marketing and packaging of WaterFix or any product or service sold and marketed by WaterFix. You agree that this authorization to use Photographs may be assigned by WaterFix to any other party. You agree that that the Photographs may be combined with other Photographs, sounds, text, and graphics, and that the Photographs may be manipulated, cropped, altered, or modified in WaterFix’s sole discretion. You agree not to charge a royalty or fee, and not to make any other monetary assessment against WaterFix in exchange for this Release and Assignment. You hereby release and forever discharge WaterFix from all liability and from any damages you may suffer because of the use of the Photographs. You further acknowledge and agree that this Release is binding upon your heirs and assigns. You agree that this Release is irrevocable.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at hello@Drink-WaterFix.com.
Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Authorize.net
Our store is hosted on Authorize.net gateway platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Authorize.net data storage, databases and the general Authorize.net application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Authorize.net stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the way your personal information will be handled by these providers. Security

Contests and Promotions
When entering a contest or any promotional feature, WaterFix may ask for the user’s contact information (such as name, address, and email address) and demographic information (such as age). The contact information will be used so we are able to administer the contest and promotions and to notify winners. The demographic information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the offerings and our website. Participation in these contests and promotions is completely voluntary.
Newsletters

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. To be an authorized affiliate of WaterFix, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before signing up for and using the WaterFix affiliate program. By signing up for the WaterFix affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
All affiliate signups are subject to approval by the owners and administrators of WaterFix. WaterFix reserves the full rights on all products and tools offered inside the affiliate program. The promotional tools are not to be considered PLR material and affiliates as well as customers do not have resale rights in any way.
WaterFix retains the right to reject any affiliates at any time, for any reason and regardless of any previous conditions. Any attempts to use unethical or illegal promotion methods as well as any attempts to deceive WaterFix and the operators of the affiliate program will lead to immediate closure of the affiliate’s account as well as the blocking of any further attempts of that same affiliate or proxies of that same affiliate to sign up.
By signing up to the WaterFix affiliate program you agree that:
- Anyone can join the WaterFix affiliate program, and you are welcome to use all our affiliate resources as well as any ethical means of promoting our products.
- You’ll never do any kind of unsolicited promotions anywhere (commonly known as spamming).
- You are not allowed to claim that any of our products or promotional materials were authored by yourself. You may not do anything to impersonate the WaterFix brand or WaterFix personnel.
- You are not allowed to present any kind of cashback scheme, bonus initiative, coupon discount or claim that customers can get any sort of discount by purchasing through your affiliate link.
- You are of legal age and there is no legal reason that would prevent or disallow you from promoting products as an affiliate and earning commissions from these promotions.
- Any website/newsletter/video or other content (further referred to as “content”) is originally created by you and/or licensed to you.
- Your promotional content and/or website is not in conflict with any laws.
- Your promotional content is not defamatory and does not violate any entity’s rights.
- Your promotional content does not infringe any copyrights.
- You will not use any fraudulent methods to generate impressions, clicks and commissions.
- Your payment will be in the form of free WaterFix only.
- You are an overall awesome person with a knack for doing things ethically and legally.
Affiliate Program Privacy Policy
WaterFix respects the privacy of all its affiliates and partners. We will not share or sell any of your information with any 3rd party without your explicit permission. All your personal information is securely stored and is only used for WaterFix to keep you up to date on our affiliate system, our offers for you to promote and to send you notifications as you specify in your dashboard settings.
