Free shipping for

  • All orders in zip codes near WaterFix headquarters in La Grange, IL (60525, 60526, 60558, 60521, 60522, 60513, 60154, 60523, 60514, and 60558)
  • Subscription orders of 8 bottles or more
  • One-time orders of 18 bottles or more

For all other orders, shipping is a flat fee of $5.

Shipping is currently only available in the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns & Refund Policy

At WaterFix we take great pride in the quality of our products. Upon receipt, please inspect your package and if you are not 100% satisfied with the product and/or refillable bottle, please contact us toll free at 1-888-383-4245.

Received Damaged Package

If you have receive product and/or refillable bottle that is damaged due to shipping, please call us at 1-888-383-4245 or send us an email to Prior to shipping out a replacement order for damaged product incurred during transit time, we kindly request of the product (contents) received to be sent to us via email. We will gladly ship out a replacement order to you as soon as possible.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Refund/Replacement)

If within 30 days, you are dissatisfied with your order, you may contact us to discuss obtaining either a replacement or refund for the product value. If a refund is issued you will receive a credit back to the original form of payment initially received, if possible. Refunds and replacements will only be issued if the purchase was made directly through WaterFix. If you purchased your product at a retail store or another partner, you would need to contact them directly to either exchange the product(s) or to obtain a refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
