However, be cautious about electrolyte loss and dehydration due to sweating in hot weather. Symptoms may include heat cramps in your calf muscles, quadriceps, or hamstrings, heavy sweating, dizziness, nausea, headaches, and fatigue.

To prevent dehydration, proactively consume fluids and electrolytes. Keep in mind that while sports drinks replace essential electrolytes and fluids, they often contain significant amounts of processed or artificial sugars.
